"Born to Sing: No plan B" was released on Oct 2, 2012 and is Van Morrison's 34th studio recording with ten original songs recorded in his hometown Belfast, Ireland. We hear "Open the Door (to your Heart)". His international career began in 1964 with the band THEM and their first records "Gloria" and "Here Comes the Night". His 1974 solo record Veedon Fleece was also composed and recorded in Belfast and typifies his "Celtic Soul" signature sound. We hear "You Don't Pull No punches But You Don't Push the River". From the new recording we hear "If in Money We Trust". Van was influenced by the singing of Ray Charles and we hear "What Would I Do Without You". Finally we hear "Pagan Heart" from the new Born to Sing:No Plan B.
