Sandy Denny, British singer-songwriter
Sandy Denny is a powerful singer and enduring composer. She was highly influential in establishing the folk-rolk genre based on traditional British music. We listen to a 1969 recording with Fairport Convention, songs with her band Fotheringay in 1970, her solo album Sandy Denny in 1972 and her duet with Robert Plant and Led Zeppelin "The Battle of Evermore" from 1971.
