B.B. King's 1950's rock n roll recordings are amazing! We here tracks from "Singin' the Blues" with full arrangements of horns, organs, keys and Electric guitar. He was 26 yrs old when he had his first No 1 Hit on the Billboard R&B. Ceaselessly performing all his life he played 200 concerts per yr. In 1988 he recorded in Memphis with U2 on "When Loves Comes ot Town". In 2000 he won the Grammy Blues Album of the year with Eric Clapton for "Ridin' with the King". We hear his composition "When My Heart Beats Like a hammer", also a cover of Issac Hayes' "Hold On I'm Coming", Arlen/Mercer's "Come Rain or Come Shine" and "Key to the Highway" by Big Bill Broonzy. Finally from 1970 "The Thrill is Gone". He was 89 yrs old when he passed away at his home in Las Vegas on May 14, 2015.
