David Crosby, American West Coast Singer-Songwriter
From his beginnings with "The Byrds" we hear his lyrical dreamy style from their 1966 "Fifth Dimension" and "Younger Than Yesterday" from 1967. He produced Joni Mitchell's first album in 1968 and joins "Crosby, Stills and Nash" the same year, we hear "Guinevere". His 1971 solo album "If I Could Only Remember My Name" features members of the Jefferson Airplane and Grateful Dead and is a landmark masterpiece recording. It's re-released now as a DVD. Finally we hear a live recording from CSNY's 2006 "Freedom of Speech" tour.
